Kristin Jenkins is a dietitian nutritionist based in Maryland. Kristin has been involved in the field of eating disorders and disordered eating for over 6 years. Kristin brings both personal and professional experience to her work serving clients who struggle with their relationship with food and their bodies. Kristin is an ardent advocate for weight inclusive care and works in and out of client sessions to challenge weight stigma and dismantle diet culture. Kristin has co-authored the Gentle Nutrition Guides, writes for the practice’s blog, and serves as Creative Director, curating content for Instagram and Facebook.
