Tools for Eating Disorder Recovery
We can help you
Experience food for both fuel and enjoyment. All foods have a place in a balanced life. Nutrition means adopting the skills to tap into your body’s natural hunger and fullness signals to adequately nourish your brain, body, and soul. This is called “intuitive eating.”
If you are just getting started with intuitive eating, we can help you build the foundation. This might be by using a flexible meal plan to serve as the training wheels toward intuitive eating. Through this journey, we guide you in separating the nutrition facts from diet fiction with the ultimate goal of food freedom.
