More About Elizabeth

Liz has lived in Maryland her whole life and stayed in Maryland to complete her education. While attending UMD, she directed her education pathway away from Biology when she realized that her passion for nutrition could become a career. By chance, she met her husband in a community nutrition class who also became a Registered Dietitian. Now you can find Liz and her husband in their kitchen trying out new healthy recipes.

In her free time, Liz loves to hike with her golden retriever named Oakley, rock climb at Earth Treks and travel to new places. Her next planned adventure is to go on a cruise to Alaska!

I have been getting your newsletter for a while now, but after my two boys were diagnosed with high cholesterol I made my first appointment with Allie. She was friendly and kind. My boys were wild and crazy and it didn’t throw her off one bit. I got some good information and handouts to help me modify their diets. The office was easy to find and there was no wait.”
