Our Registered Dietitians will help you rediscover the art of cooking, and can help you bring back the joy of making home cooked meals without the added stress. We can also help you modify recipes to fit your personalized needs.

Our Tried and True, EASY recipes will help inspire you.  Our recipe collection includes recipes that our team of Registered Dietitians have prepared, enjoyed, and photographed.  This database of over 300 healthy recipes can all be found on the recipes section of our website.

  1. Not only are these tasty, delicious, dietitian-approved recipes available on our website, they are also CUSTOMIZABLE. You can adjust the servings as seen below on this fabulous 10 Minute Shrimp Stir-fry recipe.
  2. You can work with your dietitian to adjust for specific disease states. Did you know that we have a dietitian for every condition? Our dietitians can help you customize your recipes to provide healthy meals for every need.
  3. You can also search by ingredient, course, or type of cuisine. If you want to try a new black bean recipe, all you need to do is type black beans in the search bar and voila you will have a nice selection of recipes using black beans.
