It may not be a secret that I love cook, but that doesn’t mean that all of my clients like to. A big part of my job includes finding solutions for my clients that want to take control of their health journey, but that also don’t wish to spend hours in the kitchen. One solution to that is IONutrition.

What is IONutrition?

IONutrition is a meal delivery company that provides delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner at an affordable price. Did I mention that they are also healthy? Their meals are filled with fiber, vegetables, and PACKED with protein.

IONutrition offers flexibility to their clients, with low fat, gluten free, dairy free, paleo, plant based, protein rich, or vegan friendly, organic meals. And all of their meals are fresh, never frozen! So, the next question is, how do they taste? The RBA staff is on the case.

Coconut Almond Butter Cups

If you love chocolate, you will love these almond butter cups. They are delicious and they are vegan friendly! When they say it is a 100% delicious guilt free dessert, they really meant it. You can definitely give in to your chocolate cravings without any guilt. We enjoyed these a lot and I can see others enjoying it just as much as we did.

Almond Pumpkin Oatmeal

I just tried the Almond Pumpkin Oatmeal from IONutrition and it was delicious. The meal was very wholesome and filling, and I liked that that they added sliced almonds. The only thing that I could see people not enjoying was that it wasn’t really sweet. I personally don’t like my oatmeal too sweet, so it was great for me!

Steak and Chipotle Bake

The flavor was good! Seasoned well, done quickly (I opted to bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes rather than microwave, but it would have been done even faster in the microwave) There was ALOT of quinoa in my dish, and all I did was mix in some extra veggies. The full dish has 51 g of protein, which is nice! Especially those with higher protein needs, like some of my cancer patients. I was apprehensive about the precooked steak, but it tasted pretty good. All in all, I would say this isn’t a bad option for those that need something quick and want a good meal that isn’t frozen.
