8 Week Program to Start the New Year
Charming, charm city, fresh air, physical activity? Are you still in the process of committing to your new year’s resolutions this year? As you probably know, we are not fans of dieting as new years resolutions. We do however, encourage people to eat well, take care of themselves and to find an activity they enjoy. Have you thought about running or joining a running group?
We have partnered with Charm City Run to help provide nutrition coaching to their running groups including:
This will be your goal setting, fitness, and nutrition flagship for the New Year. Spots are limited to the first 25 that sign up. Included in this 8 week course:
- Weekly group meetings with the fitness professional, dietitian, and other guest speakers from 6:30pm-8pm on Wednesday evenings
- A state of the art fitness tracking device to all who sign up
- Weekly emails from coach
- Healthy Recipe at each meeting
