Kebobs Party! When I moved into my new apartment in Washington, DC, I was SO excited to hear that we had a grill to use! My roommate and a few other friends of mine cook dinner every Sunday night. Because of the new grill, we decided it would be fun to put our skills to the test and grill shrimp, pineapple and pepper kebobs! It was quite a fun (and easy) meal to prep and make!
Ingredients
- Pineapple
- Shrimp
- Green, orange, and yellow peppers
- Onion
- Kebob sticks for grilling
- Marinade—we bought a Caribbean marinade
Directions for Kebobs
1. Cut the pineapple and peppers.
You can even buy pineapple that is already cut up so you don’t have to do it yourself!
2. Add shrimp, veggies, and pineapple to the kebob.
I alternated the colors of the peppers to make the kebob look more eye appealing and tasty!
3. Marinade for a few hours.
Leave it in the fridge. Be sure to rotate so every inch of the kebob get good flavor!
4. Grilling time!
Let cook on one side until the veggies are getting tender and the shrimp starts to turn red, then flip.
5. Enjoy!
