  1. Drain the tuna and place in a bowl.
  2. Score the avocado lengthwise and width-wise and then scoop with spoon. Add to the bowl.
  3. Mash the avocado into the tuna with a fork until well integrated.
  4. Stir in onion, celery, and lemon juice
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a salad or on two slices of whole wheat bread.
