  1. Empty your canned coconut milk into a glass jar. ⁣
  2. Add in the inner contents of the probiotic capsules and stir. ⁣
  3. Cover with a dish towel, secure with a rubber band, and store for 48 hours in a warm place (like your countertop or in the oven with just the light on).⁣
  4. After 48 hours, refrigerate until cold. ⁣
  5. Top with desired mix-ins when ready to eat (I used cooked acorn squash, chia, blueberries, bananas, and toasted coconut)
