Instructions
  1. Wash romaine and arugula then mix together 1 cup of each.
  2. Add 1 cup sliced watermelon and ¼ cup washed blackberries to salad mix.
  3. Top with 1 oz feta cheese and 2 tbsp and chopped walnuts
  4. Add 3 oz of citrus or plain tofu on side.
  5. Pour vinaigrette over salad or on side.
