  1. Bring pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions.
  2. In a medium saute pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until opaque. Add garlic and continue to cook until fragrant. Add lemon juice and continue to cook until reduced. Add pasta and spinach and toss until heated through and spinach is wilted. Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
