Steak Skewers
Corn, Tomato and Avocado Salad

Instructions
  1. Mix olive oil, juice of 1 lime, and steak seasoning in a bowl. Add sirloin and mix until all steak is covered. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, place corn (in husk) in microwave. Microwave for 1 minute and 40 seconds PER cob (6 minutes and 40 seconds total). Cut the kernels off the cob into a bowl.
  3. Add sliced grape tomatoes, and cubed avocado. Add the juice of 1 lime and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside until ready to serve.
  4. Divide steak onto four skewers. Grill on medium heat until steak is cooked to desired doneness (about 10 minutes for medium).
  5. Divide steak onto plates and serve with side salad. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Grill the corn instead of cooking in the microwave for extra smokey flavor!
