  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. On a pan season salmon with salt, pepper, and the juice of half a lemon
  3. Once the oven is heated up, place the salmon in for 20 minutes
  4. In a bowl add freshly washed salad mix, cranberries, pomegranates, crushed pita chips, and sunflower seeds
  5. Once cool, add salmon onto salad bowl and drizzle balsamic vinaigrette on-top
