Crust
  1. Place chopped potatoes and cauliflower florets into a large pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and cauliflower. Place in a mixing bowl. Mash until smooth.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and ¼ cup of the Swiss cheese to the mixing bowl. Stir.
Filling
  1. Brown the ground turkey in a pan. Once fully cooked, add frozen mixed vegetables, vegetable broth, tomato paste, rosemary, and thyme.
  2. Allow mixture to cook for 10 minutes. Then transfer mixture to baking dish.
  3. Spread the potato-cauliflower mash atop the turkey mixture. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup Swiss cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 325°F for 20 minutes.
