  1. Place strawberries (with stem removed) in food processor and puree.
  2. Add water, sucralose, and lemon juice and pulse
  3. Pour into 9x13 in baking dish, or into two 9x5 in baking dishes (if easier to fit in freezer).
  4. Cover with cling wrap and place in freezer
  5. In 45 minute intervals, stir the granita being sure to scrape the sides. Repeat three times.
  6. To serve when completely frozen, scrape the top of the granita with an ice cream scoop to get a shaved ice effect.
