  1. Drain and rinse the cannellini beans
  2. Peel and cut the butternut squash into cubes
  3. Dice the onion and chop the celery
  4. Add all of the ingredients into the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours
  5. Serve with desired toppings
