Samantha Maldonado RDN, LDNRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist
In high school, I had an unhealthy relationship with food and my body image, leading me to follow fad diets for several years. I always thought shrinking my body through extreme dieting would make me healthier and happier, but instead, I missed out on many fun outings with friends, became the food police, and had very low energy.
When I started studying nutrition, I realized I could meet my goals without sacrificing my health and all the delicious foods I enjoy. This moment helped me realized that I wanted spend my career helping others realize the same, which is why I became a dietitian.
I am passionate about helping clients reach their goals sustainably and enjoyably so they can take advantage of all life has to offer.
