Roasted Garlic Goat Cheese Dip
This goat cheese dip is so easy to put together. Spoon onto belgian endive for a fancy presentation that will surely impress your guests.
Servings 12 people
- 8 oz goat cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 6-8 cloves garlic roasted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 heads belgian endive leaves separated
- 1/4 cup chives chopped
In a medium bowl, combine goat cheese, yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper. Use a hand mixer to combine until smooth and fluffy.
Lay out leaves of belgian endive. Spoon goat cheese mixture onto each leaf. Garnish with chopped chives.
