Ingredients

  • 8 oz kefir whole milk
  • 2 oz milk
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 handful spinach baby
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower chopped stems or riced, frozen
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp almond butter almond, cashew, or mixed nut

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed. Putting liquids first helps it blend better.
  • Blend until smooth and enjoy!
