Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken rotisserie chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently until combined.
  • Serve on bread, in a pita or wrap, with crackers, or over greens.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
