Ingredients

  • 6 oz pasta uncooked
  • 1 cup chickpeas canned, rinsed, drained
  • 1 cucumber English, diced
  • 2 cups tomato cherry
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 4 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek dressing

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water.
  • In a large bowl, combine ingredients and stir gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately or store covered in the fridge.
