Greek Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 6 oz pasta uncooked
- 1 cup chickpeas canned, rinsed, drained
- 1 cucumber English, diced
- 2 cups tomato cherry
- 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
- 4 oz feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek dressing
Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cool water.
- In a large bowl, combine ingredients and stir gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or store covered in the fridge.
