Ingredients
1largesweet potato
1lbbrussels sprouts
2appleGranny Smith
olive oil
1lbchicken sausagelinks, sliced
cinnamon
Method
Wash, peel, and chop the sweet potato. Cut the brussel sprouts in half and chop the apples into bit sized pieces.
Heat about 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Sauté sausage until browned.
Add the sweet potatoes to the pan and let cook for 8 minutes. Add the Brussel sprouts and let cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the sweet potatoes and Brussels sprouts are soft. Add cinnamon to taste and enjoy!
