Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or brown rice syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup pecans roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • pinch salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together sweetener of choice, coconut oil, and spices until well combined.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and stir to coat.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten into an even layer.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until the granola is golden brown. Let cool and break into smaller pieces. Store in an air tight container.
