Ingredients

  • 1 large eggplant
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 onion yellow
  • 5 tomato
  • 1/2 cup tomato crushed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tsp garlic minced
  • basil to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • thyme to taste

Method

  1. Wash and chop all veggies. Add all ingredients to a pot and heat on stove until warmed. Bon appetit!
