low sodium, rinsed and drained

Instructions
Use saute function on electric pressure cooker to cook onions (in oil) until translucent
Add ground beef and break up with spoon. Cook until browned.
Turn off saute function and add remaining ingredients.
Close IP and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes, then let the pressure release naturally for another 15 minutes.
Remove top, and if desired, resume saute function to reduce liquid
