Buffalo sauce, cauliflower, Ranch...what's not to like?

Buffalo Cauliflower
2headscauliflower
1cupall-purpose flour
1cupwater
2tspgarlic powder
1/2tspblack pepper
3tbspbuttermelted
1cup hot saucelike Texas Pete
Method
Mix greek yogurt, parsley, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and thyme together in a bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight.
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Chop cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, and pepper until batter forms. Add cauliflower to bowl and toss to coat cauliflower in batter. Spread cauliflower evenly onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Remove cauliflower from oven. Mix together melted butter and hot sauce. Use a basting brush to coat cauliflower in buffalo sauce. Bake for another 25 minutes until caramelized and golden brown.
