chipotles in adobo

black pepper

oregano

neutral oil like vegetable oil, avocado oil, etc
Instructions
Place red wine vinegar, honey, water, chipotles, pepper and oregano in a blender. Blend until smooth.
With the blender on medium high speed, carefully add oil in a slow stream until well combined.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
Notes
Chipotles in adobo do contain sodium. If very concerned about sodium intake, compare labels to choose the lowest sodium option.
