Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork ground
  • 1 bag cabbage shredded, with carrots
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper ground
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes

Method

  1. In a large pan over medium heat, brown pork. Drain and return to heat.
  2. Add cabbage and continue to cook until cabbage softens. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Serve with romaine to make lettuce wraps or over rice. Enjoy!
