Low FODMAP Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 tbsp low FODMAP garlic replacer FreeFod brand
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Use as desired. Refrigerate leftover dressing in airtight container.
