Ingredients

  • 1 package Applegate chicken and sage sausages
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • FODY Foods Salsa to taste

Method

  1. In a frying pan, cook breakfast sausage per package instructions. Remove from pan.
  2. Crack eggs in a bowl and whisk until blended. In the same pan, pour eggs and cook until desired consistency is reached. You can add the sausage back in to reheat.
  3. Spoon eggs and sausage onto the tortillas. Top with cheese and salsa.
