Ingredients

  • 1 package Applegate chicken and sage sausages
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • FODY Foods Salsa to taste

Instructions

  • In a frying pan, cook breakfast sausage per package instructions. Remove from pan.
  • Crack eggs in a bowl and whisk until blended. In the same pan, pour eggs and cook until desired consistency is reached. You can add the sausage back in to reheat.
  • Spoon eggs and sausage onto the tortillas. Top with cheese and salsa.
