What really puts this recipe together is the FODMAP-friendly salsa from FODY Foods. Following a low FODMAP diet doesn’t mean you can never enjoy the foods you once loved. It just means finding great alternatives!

If you’re tired of eating the same low FODMAP foods for breakfast, we’re sure that this recipe will be a great way to add some spice to your morning!

Because being low FODMAP means you must limit and restrict foods that have fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols – basically, it can easily seem that your food choices are limited.

At the same time, you still want to make sure you’re eating a varied diet to have a balanced, nutrient-full diet.

Does this seem like a lot to worry about? Don’t worry!

Our dietitian-approved recipes are sure to be satisfying and full of the nutrients your body needs. If you’re looking for more individualized help, feel free to make an appointment and see one of our dietitians who specialize in gut health and the low FODMAP diet.
