Low FODMAP Breakfast Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 package Applegate chicken and sage sausages
- 8 eggs
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- FODY Foods Salsa to taste
Instructions
- In a frying pan, cook breakfast sausage per package instructions. Remove from pan.
- Crack eggs in a bowl and whisk until blended. In the same pan, pour eggs and cook until desired consistency is reached. You can add the sausage back in to reheat.
- Spoon eggs and sausage onto the tortillas. Top with cheese and salsa.
