Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp cilantro finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Method

  1. Whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
  2. If desired, all to blender and blend for a smoother consistency.
  3. Use as desired. Refrigerate excess in airtight container.
