- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp cilantro finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
- If desired, all to blender and blend for a smoother consistency.
- Use as desired. Refrigerate excess in airtight container.
