Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil garlic infused
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 6 oz avocado peel and pit removed
  • 1/4 cup parsley fresh
  • 1/4 cup scallions minced, green parts only
  • 1 tbsp basil fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth. Use as desired.
  • Refrigerate extra dressing in air tight container. Add more water and shake to combine if needed.
