Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup warm water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil garlic infused
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 6 oz avocado peel and pit removed
  • 1/4 cup parsley fresh
  • 1/4 cup scallions minced, green parts only
  • 1 tbsp basil fresh, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Use as desired.
  2. Refrigerate extra dressing in air tight container. Add more water and shake to combine if needed.
