Low FODMAP Italian Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup garlic infused olive oil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Whisk ingredients together until well combined. Use as desired.
  2. Store extra dressing in an airtight container in the fridge.
