Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt vanilla
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 packet stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp pecans chopped
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp coconut shredded

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together oats, yogurt, milk, pumpkin, stevia, pumpkin pie spice, and chia seeds.
  • Pour mixture into mason jar (or desired container).
  • Top with pecans, raisins, and coconut.
  • Let sit overnight. Enjoy!
