Sugar-Free Vanilla Mug Cake
This is a perfect treat when you want something sweet and individual.
Condition Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes, Low Sodium, Nut Free, Vegetarian
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp stevia
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp sprinkles
Combine the flour, stevia, and baking powder in a microwaveable mug or small bowl.
Mix in the milk, oil, and vanilla just until combined before adding the sprinkles.
Microwave for about 30 to 45 seconds, or until done. We suggest starting on the lower end and adding more time if needed.
