Sugar-Free Vanilla Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp stevia
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp sprinkles
Method
- Combine the flour, stevia, and baking powder in a microwaveable mug or small bowl.
- Mix in the milk, oil, and vanilla just until combined before adding the sprinkles.
- Microwave for about 30 to 45 seconds, or until done. We suggest starting on the lower end and adding more time if needed.
