Can I use this for other parts of intuitive eating?

Gentle nutrition is the last step of the intuitive eating process, and for good reason. Eating for physical health may draw you back into black and white thinking about food. What foods are “healthy” or “unhealthy”, “good” or “bad”. Establishing a foundation of food neutrality and body trust has to come first. Otherwise you run the risk of turning intuitive eating into another diet. Talk to your dietitian to see if our guides would be right for you.
