Which means we are occasionally looking for individuals to join our administrative and clinical team.
Rebecca Bitzer & Associates (RBA) is a close-knit group who value teamwork and authenticity. We strive to provide a warm, safe, family-like feel while respecting and encouraging professional boundaries.
Co-owners Klara and Candy provide as many opportunities for development as possible, so they can support both the personally and professional growth of the team. Our Values

Compassion
Having compassion while working with clients is crucial, as it promotes meaningful connection, facilitates problem solving and ultimately helps our clients reach their nutrition goals. We have a diverse team, and feel that having compassion for one another is just as important for the compassion we have for our clients. We provide extensive on the job training, guidance and coaching for all of our team members, providing regular feedback and as many tools as possible to help you be successful.

Growth
We are dedicated to providing an environment to support growth for our clients and our team. We promote continued education for our clinicians through ongoing CEUs and trainings in evidence-based practices so clients can feel safe knowing their nutrition therapist is always growing in their skill. Each dietitian has autonomy in setting a treatment plan for their client, so they can ensure that the treatment plan is customized to meet the client’s needs.

Community
While most of the work our dietitians do is one-on-one with clients, we feel that having a sense of community within our team is crucial. That is why we have weekly supervision meetings for our clinical staff, to allow opportunities to discuss cases and get support as needed. Outside of meetings, it is not unusual for dietitians to reach out to each other if they find they need a little more support. We also have monthly staff meetings to facilitate communication across the clinical and administrative teams. Finally, we regularly coordinate activities to promote team building outside of the office including, happy hours, barbeques and more!

Trust
RBA has been a trusted name in the nutrition community for over 30 years. As we continue to grow, it is important for us to have a mutual relationship built on trust. We believe excellent communication is key for building trust, and our management team regularly asks for feedback to find the best way they can support you.
