WE instead of I turns Illness into WELLness.
As humans we succeed when we work together, support each other, and listen to each other. Local support groups bring people together with a common goal: to improve their health and happiness. When you struggle with food it can be very isolating, but it is important to know you are not alone. Sharing experiences and tips that have helped you to grow can help someone else on their road to wellness, and listening to others can give you the strength and the tools to move forward on your journey. See below for available groups. Please contact the group leader for more information.
