Angela Parreco MS, RDN, LDN
Registered Dietitian NutritionistMy interest in nutrition began in high school when I noticed how much easier it was to excel in classes and sports when I ate more nourishing foods. With my clients, I like to focus on teaching them how to eat to feel and perform your best in their everyday lives.
As an adult, I realized that cutting foods out of my diet only ever made me feel sluggish and deprived, not energized and focused. I’m passionate about teaching my clients how to maximize their nutrition goals by adding foods into their diets, not taking foods out.

My Approach:
I help my clients identify foods to add to their diets that are both tasty and nourishing. I work with you to build an eating plan that fits your goals and your lifestyle without taking away the foods you truly enjoy.
I believe in a non-diet approach to nutrition, meaning you’ll never have to go on another fad diet again. Instead of offering quick fixes or “magic pills”, I focus on helping my clients make lifestyle changes that are flexible and sustainable for years to come.
Whether you’re trying to manage a chronic health condition or just looking to have more energy and feel your best, I can help you reach your goals with creative (and tasty!) meal solutions.
Happy Clients
