Angela Parreco MS, RDN, LDNRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist
My interest in nutrition began in high school when I noticed how much easier it was to excel in classes and sports when I ate more nourishing foods. With my clients, I like to focus on teaching them how to eat to feel and perform your best in their everyday lives.
As an adult, I realized that cutting foods out of my diet only ever made me feel sluggish and deprived, not energized and focused. I’m passionate about teaching my clients how to maximize their nutrition goals by adding foods into their diets, not taking foods out.
I help my clients identify foods to add to their diets that are both tasty and nourishing. I work with you to build an eating plan that fits your goals and your lifestyle without taking away the foods you truly enjoy.
I believe in a non-diet approach to nutrition, meaning you’ll never have to go on another fad diet again. Instead of offering quick fixes or “magic pills”, I focus on helping my clients make lifestyle changes that are flexible and sustainable for years to come.
Whether you’re trying to manage a chronic health condition or just looking to have more energy and feel your best, I can help you reach your goals with creative (and tasty!) meal solutions.
“Angela was absolutely lovely and made me and my daughter (client) feel very cared for and supported. She was quick to pick up on our trouble areas, and modified her questions and language to be appropriate for a younger client. I really appreciated her approach, and we look forward to working with her moving forward!”
“Working with Angela has truly been life-changing. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in nutrition have helped me gain a deep understanding of my dietary needs and how to make sustainable, positive changes. She took the time to listen to my unique goals and concerns, and tailored their advice to suit my individual needs.”
“I’m really grateful that Angela didn’t just provide me with a generic meal plan; she helped me understand the science behind food choices, portion sizes, and nutrient balance. This empowered me to make informed decisions and take control of my own health.”
“Angela was very patient with all my questions, offered guidance, and provided motivation during challenging times. Working with her has been a game changer”
“Not only did [Angela] provide guidance on healthy eating, but they also emphasized the importance of overall well-being. They helped me adopt a holistic approach to my health, considering factors such as stress management, sleep, and exercise. Their comprehensive approach ensured that I was not only improving my diet but also nurturing my body and mind as a whole.”
