Elizabeth Kerr, MS, RDN, LDNRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist
I became passionate about nutrition after my own childhood health struggles, which is why I want to support others on their own wellness journey. I believe that a healthy lifestyle is all about finding peace with our food, body and mind.
By making small and realistic changes to their lifestyle, my clients reach their nutrition goals by incorporating balanced eating in a sustainable and enjoyable way.
I take an anti-diet approach to nutrition because I believe you can address your health concerns while enjoying your favorite foods in a balanced way. During our first session, I want to get to know you and learn about your health journey. Then we will work at your pace to help you reach your nutrition goals. By making small changes, you’ll be one step closer to long term success.
“Elizabeth Kerr was very friendly and helpful and I am looking forward to working with her and hopefully meet my goals.”
“I was so relieved to find out this office is HAES focused like it says it is! I was suspicious and not sure how this would work in a HAES framework but Elizabeth explained it to me and I’m just so so relieved. I also have already learned things about diabetes I didn’t know that will help me manage it!”
“Liz was very compassionate, knowledgeable, and has a good ability to teach. She also didn’t rush me, which I appreciated for an initial meeting to embark upon very serious changes in my life. I look forward to working with her. I’m hopeful that I can change my relationship to food.”
“Liz was great! She listened, provided suggestions and resources. It was a great first visit.”
“Liz was knowledgeable and had good advice.”
“Elizabeth was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful! I really appreciated meeting her.”
“Liz took her time and answered my questions. I’m following the diet she recommended. My kidney disease is a bit different from others since it’s caused by a blood disease. Good advice for my proteinuria.”
“I have been getting your newsletter for a while now, but after my two boys were diagnosed with high cholesterol I made my first appointment with Elzabeth. She was friendly and kind. My boys were wild and crazy and it didn’t throw her off one bit. I got some good information and handouts to help me modify their diets. The office was easy to find and there was no wait.”
