Rachel Brown, RDN, LDN
Registered Dietitian NutritionistHello! My name is Rachel. I am a registered dietitian that works with clients in Maryland and virtually across the USA.
I believe that being “healthy” is not defined by a number on the scale but by how you choose to nourish your body and what you include in your daily routine. I aim to help individuals reach their goals through a holistic approach that not only focuses on food but other factors that may be affecting their health.
I decided to become a dietitian after watching many of my family members struggle with nutrition related conditions and weight loss. I found that a lot of the information out there about nutrition was often incorrect or hard to understand. I wanted to be a dietitian who could make nutrition more understandable, and guide others in making positive changes to improve their health.

My Approach:
I understand that the road to wellness do not have a “one size fits all” solution. Especially if you have multiple health concerns that are connected, it is important that we make a plan that improves your overall health!
I tailor my approach to nutrition education and counseling based on what works best for you. Working together, we will steer you away from unsustainable diets and help you find a long-term lifestyle change.
