Emma Goll MS, RDN, LDN
Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian NutritionistHello! My name is Emma, and I’m an eating disorder dietitian located in the Maryland area seeing clients in Greenbelt and Columbia, Maryland and virtually across the USA.
I became a dietitian after recovering from my own eating disorder that I battled as an adolescent and young adult.
My professional training has taught me the science of disordered eating and malnutrition, but my personal experience enables me to empathize with the emotional and psychological struggles that come with it.
I am deeply grateful for the sense of peace that healing from an eating disorder has brought me, and it is my passion to help others feel the same as they navigate their own recovery.

My Approach:
Not only can I help you physically recover from disordered eating, but I can also help you heal your relationship with food and your body. I take a Health at Every Size approach – moving away from defining health by merely body size and instead focusing on healthy, sustainable behaviors.
I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including pediatrics. I take a Family Based Therapy-approach to ED treatment of children & adolescents, involving the whole family in the recovery process so that we can collectively fight the ED. I also collaborate with other members of your care team including therapists, school counselors, psychiatrists, doctors, to ensure that you receive the best possible support in your recovery journey.
Happy Clients
