Low FODMAP Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup oil garlic infused
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp thyme or parsley finely chopped, optional

Method

  1. Whisk together all ingredients until fully combined. Use as desired.
  2. Refrigerate leftover dressing in air tight container.
