BBQ Tofu
And another alternative for a vegan dish. You can marinate in BBQ sauce and grill them in thin slabs, basting with more sauce. We also like cutting the tofu into cubes, putting onto kabobs, and slathering with BBQ sauce.

Classic Pizza
Did you know you can grill pizza? Oil your dough and place it oil side down on the grill grates. Flip it over then add the toppings. Continue to cook until cooked through and cheese is melted.

Don’t forget dessert!
Grilled fruit
A big hit for dessert is grilled fruit! We especially love grilled peaches served with a dollop of yogurt, whipped cream, or ice cream. You can also grill pineapple, pears, bananas, melon, and figs. Simply leave fruit in large pieces (so they don’t fall through), place on the grill and leave it alone until you get some good grill marks and the fruit is heated through.
