Don’t forget dessert!

Grilled fruit

A big hit for dessert is grilled fruit! We especially love grilled peaches served with a dollop of yogurt, whipped cream, or ice cream. You can also grill pineapple, pears, bananas, melon, and figs. Simply leave fruit in large pieces (so they don’t fall through), place on the grill and leave it alone until you get some good grill marks and the fruit is heated through.
