Dairy free, creamy, frosty and delicious! This 2 ingredient chocolate nice cream is just what you need on a hot day!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 banana
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • toppings peanut butter, chopped nuts, chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Peel bananas, break into large pieces and freeze for several hours until completely frozen.
  • Add bananas to food processor and process until it has a smooth consistency. Add cocoa powder and continue to process until combined. Serve immediately for a "soft serve" consistency, or spread into a container and return to freezer until ready to serve. This will allow for a "scooped" ice cream consistency. Serve with desired toppings.
