Low FODMAP Classic Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp oil garlic infused
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp scallions green part only, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp parsley fresh, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill fresh, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lactose-free milk up to 4 tbsp if needed for desired thickness
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Whisk together ingredients until well combined. Use as desired.
  2. Refrigerate leftover dressing in airtight container.
